Your files stay private - even from us. Current free tools do not upload your selected files for processing.
For the current free image, PDF and ZIP tools, file processing happens on your device. The site does not receive selected files, previews, image contents, PDF contents, exported images or ZIP contents for processing or storage.
We do not require an account to use the free tools. Your original files are not overwritten by CompressImageTo.
CompressImageTo may display third-party advertising through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser, and may use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to collect information when ads are served on this site. Cookies or similar technologies can support ad delivery, measurement, security and, where allowed, personalization.
Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this site and/or other websites. Other third-party advertising vendors or ad networks may also use cookies if enabled for our ads.

It may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested URLs to serve and protect pages. This is different from the contents of files selected for local processing; selecting an image, PDF or ZIP file does not upload that file for processing.
Visiting pages or loading advertising can involve network communications and technical identifiers even when the file itself remains on your device.
If analytics, payments, accounts, contact forms or new file-processing behavior are added later, this privacy page must be updated before launch. Future changes must still protect file contents, filenames, previews and private document details.
