Will ZIP make my images or PDFs smaller?
Not always. ZIP is best for collecting files together. JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF files are often already compressed, so they may not shrink much.
What files can I add?
Select ordinary local files, up to 50 MB in total combined input size. The tool reports an error if the selection exceeds that limit.
Is this the same as batch image compression?
No. The ZIP tool packages the selected files without changing each image to a target KB size. Compress individual images separately before packaging when needed.
